The following items are decoration items that may be rented separately if you do not 
wish to purchase one of the all inclusive packages:

Table Linens: $8.00 - $15.00 each

The price above includes Hill Top Hall setting up your tables in the layout of our choice, and putting the linens on the tables and taking them up at the end of your event. Price variations depend on color choices and fabric options, which are available at the hall.

Linen napkins: $1.00 each

The napkins come in a variety of color choices and may be used as their intended purpose or as a color accent to your tables.

White Chair Covers: $3.50 each

This option includes white covers for the chairs and a bow of your color choice on each chair. This price also includes set up and take down.

Table Runners: $5.50 each

This is an excellent way to add a color splash to your table set up. Many color options are available. This price includes set up and take down.

Wooden Podium: $20.00

The podium is white with lattice front and sides. It is great to use for your minister to stand behind it or to hold your guest book and programs.

Table decorations: $150.00

This will include the decorations of the tables only, you may chose from the center pieces we have at the hall, and we will tailor the decorations to your wedding colors and/or theme. You must purchase the table cloths at their separate rental price. This package can only be purchased if table linens have been rented thru the hall.

Bar Lights Package: $25.00

This options includes white tulle and lights around the bar, you may add tulle bows to match your wedding colors. This package adds an elegant look and an extra to your event.

White, lace, hope chest for your cards: $15.00

Decorated Archway: $50.00

This option is perfect to designate an area for an indoor ceremony. The archway is decorated with lights and white tulle. The archway may be used inside only.

Indoor Ceremony set up: $100.00

This option would include the archway, pedestals with ferns framing the sides of the archway, the podium for your preacher to use, and a table with cloth for your unity candles.

The following are some additional services that we offer at  Hill Top Reception Hall:

Unlimited soft drinks, cups, and ice: $2.00 per guest

This will give you a mix of soft drinks, plastic cups, and ice for your drinks. The amount of each of the above will be determined by your amount of guests and discussed with you at the time of ordering. You may add coffee, tea, and lemonade to the above package for an additional .75 cents per guest. 

Drink Service: $15.00 an hour for non-alcoholic beverages or $20.00 an hour for alcoholic beverages.

You book the servers thru the hall, how many servers needed will be determined by the number of guests, the price above is per server. You may choose this service with our drink options or separately.

Cash Bar and Open Bar Options:

This option can provide beer, wine, and mixed drinks for your guests to purchase during your event. Prices vary depending on drink selection and will be discussed at time of ordering. You must book our bartender with this option for a rate of 20.00 an hour, as with the drink service option, the amount of bar tenders will be determined by number of guests. You may also do open bar options that include beer, wine, and mixed drinks, prices and details are available at the hall.  

Catering Options:

Hill Top Hall can provide menu choices for catering. All catering packages booked thru the hall will be set up buffet style at your event and your guests will serve themselves unless you wish to add servers at an additional cost. You may request menus from the hall.

Chocolate Fountain and Dipping Treats: $325.00

This package would include your chocolate, machine, dipping treats (mix of fruits, cookies, pretzels, etc.) an attendant, skewers, napkins, and small plastic plates for up to 150 people. You will get this service for a 4 hour time period during your event. For parties above 150 people and additional fee of $75.00 will be charged for the use of another chocolate fountain, for a total of 2 fountains.

Ice: $2.00 per 8lb. bag

Our ice is always available on site; this saves you from hauling around bags of ice and guessing how much you are going to need!

Beer Pitchers: $1.00 each

The pitchers are clear, plastic and you may rent as many as you like up to 50 pitchers.

Chip Baskets: $1.00 each

The baskets are a light brown wicker; you may rent as many as you like up to 50 baskets.

Early Set-UP: $100.00 for 4 hours on the day of your event or $225.00 for 6 hours the day before your event.

Running out of time? You can buy some more! You can choose from either early set-up option. However, you must have already booked a 12 hour rental in order to add either of these options. Also remember, rental on the night before your event is subject to date availability, in order to ensure early set-up on the night before your event, you must add this option at the time of your event booking. The 6 hours on the night before your rental must fall between 12:00 pm and 12:00 am.
